Imagine a typical roleplaying game. You’re browsing some nook and cranny of the game, and all of a sudden a chat dialog pops up at the corner of the screen.

“Hey”, it says.

You respond with the same, and then the person strikes a good, long conversation with you, somehow finding a way to edge in with, “Can you lend me some money?”

While mixing around with abstract effects a while back, one of the parameters I attempted to alter was the colour hue. I kept the saturation low in an attempt to create a pastel-like effect, and changed only the hue and RGB values. That turned up a colour scheme like this:
